Community.

A united force of thinkers and tinkerers. Operator-led companies don't get built alone. We build community where operators, founders, and the people backing them actually show up for each other. Our headline event is The Ground Floor, and there's more on the way.

// Why community

Lift each other up. We mean it.

Knowledge compounds when it's shared, and the whole network gains ground together. Operators who've shipped should be in the room with founders who are trying to. Capital that wants to be useful should be in the room with the people doing the work.

Most founder events aren't that. We're building rooms that are.

Ground Floor is our headline event today. We'll launch more formats as the community grows.

The Ground Floor.

// From idea to ask

Our headline community event, Ground Floor is designed to be a "cop bar for startups" and somewhere you can find your people. Every founder gets one minute to pitch. A room of operators, peers, and investors listens, engages, and helps where they can to prepare them for what's next.

For many founders, it's their first step into the Philly startup scene and we're proud of that. Format will evolve as the room grows, what stays constant is the support, the empathy, and the network.

// The format

Why it works.

01

Small room

Capped at intimate. Small enough that you actually meet everyone.

02

Real operators

Operators, peers, and investors who've done the work. People who engage, not vendors.

03

One minute

Every founder gets a minute to pitch. No warm-up, the ask gets the floor.

04

Lift each other up

Knowledge compounds when it's shared. Everyone in the room helps everyone in the room.
